Policies and Procedures

The policies available on this page apply to all students studying with a registered training organisation (RTO) within Demi Education Group, whether training is delivered directly by the relevant RTO, through one of its divisions or by an approved third-party service provider.

The Group’s RTOs are:

  • Demi International Beauty Academy, trading as Demi International (RTO ID 32542);

  • Niche Education Group Pty Ltd, trading as the Australasian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science (RTO ID 51373; CRICOS ID 02813B);

  • Change Safety and Training Pty Ltd, trading as Demi Apprentices and Trainees (RTO ID 32466); and

  • Cairns Beauty Academy, trading as the International College of Queensland (RTO ID 1749; CRICOS ID 01941B).

These policies support consistent and compliant practice across the Group and align, where applicable, with the 2025 Standards for Registered Training Organisations, VET Student Loans requirements, Queensland Government funding requirements under the Career Start and Career Boost programs, and the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) and Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS) requirements.

Complaints and Appeals Policy

The Complaints and Appeals Policy outlines a fair, transparent and accessible process for managing complaints, grievances and appeals across the RTOs within the Demi Education Group.

For the purposes of the policy, a complaint or grievance is a concern relating to enrolment, administration, marketing, finance or service delivery.

An appeal relates specifically to an academic matter, such as an assessment outcome, course progression or access to support services. The policy explains how these matters are raised, considered and resolved, and how outcomes are communicated.
